A lot persons has friends, relatives and family members who travel abroad most often and purchasing and managing the Insurance Policy is very crucial to insure and smoothen their traveling experience. This application was design to effect that, It allows the families to purchase and manage their families and relatives Insurances all in one container.
Families will get to know when their friends and relatives will travel and return etc. It is an easy payment system that allow all the family members to appear under one Solartis Insurance Tree

This application has 6 major functions.

1.) Easy Payment Form

This allows Families, Relatives, Friends, Schools etc to easily purchase Solartis Insurance from Solartis Easy Pay E-Commerce Site. It displays all the Insurance Catalog that is offered by Solartis (Life, Health and Travel Insurance). User can purchase Insurance of choice by clicking on the Buy Now button and then proceed with the Payments.

2.) Solartis Insurance Family Trees

When a family Member Purchases an Insurance. He or She appears under their Family trees. subsequent Family Members is also added to the Solartis Insurance Trees. This Insurance Trees allow easy management of all the accounts of family members Insured by Solartis.

For now, only Maximum of 4 Family Insured Members can be contained in the Solartis Insurance Trees. For testing purposes, you can Delete the Trees so that when New Payment is Made, The Person will appears on the trees as family members.

3.) Monitoring Families, Friends and Relatives Traveling Movement

Whenever an insurance is purchased on behave of Family Members, relatives etc, each registrant is allowed to enter parameters like PolicyEffectiveDate, DepartureDate, ReturnDate, DepositDate etc. This dates are very important as it will let the families to know when their love ones will depart, return, make deposit and have their Policy renewed.
What a joy for Daddy and Mummy to know when Andrew will be returning from USA, of course they will cook your delicious and Favorited food for you

This applications integrates a Dynamic calendering System that shows all the Families members, Friends along with their various PolicyEffectiveDate, DepartureDate, ReturnDate, DepositDate etc..

All Family Members, Daddy and Mummy needs to do is used the calendar system to check all the traveling event. For instance clicking on Return Date Calendar will automatically shows all the Families members that will return on that Months, Date etc. With this event Calendar, various families will ensure that their loved ones those not miss any events thus keeping their traveling experience awesome going forward with Solartis Insurance.

The Calendar System has a Navigation Button to navigate to any months of your choice to find traveling Events

4.)Easy Connection with Families via Real-Time Email & SMS Messages.

Okay Daddy and Mummy needs to know how their family members, relatives and friends are doing abroad. This Platform allows them to send to them rich text messages via Email and SMS to keep them engaged all powered by Solartis

They can also leverage the associated Family Email and Mobile Contactto send an automatic Email and SMS messages to remind their love ones regarding any updates to his/her traveling events as regards to PolicyEffectiveDate, DepartureDate, ReturnDate, DepositDate and any other events going on within the families and Neighbourhood. This will create the highest engagement between Solartis and Families Insured going forward...

5.) Family Members Insurance Documents Management

When a family Member, Relative is insured, Solartis offered them 3 types of Documents. All this documents are attached to each family Members Account for future reference. This documents are downloaded-able from the Family Members Profile and its kept in Solartis highly secured Server for future access by the families.

6.) Easy management of Family Insurance Account with Solartis

1.) Easy search of Solartis Insured Family members by Reference No, Email, Phone Number, Names, Destination Countries, PolicyEffectiveDate, DepartureDate, ReturnDate, DepositDate etc.
2.) The app allow preview of their families insurance Accounts.
3.) Provision of Users Profile Data to access respective Family Info in Details.
4.) Message History to enable Insured Families to monitor and reviewed any messages send to the love ones in real-time.The message can be either Email or SMS or Others
