Motivations

With our rising societal and climate issues, one oftentimes asks himself, how a better, more sustainable, way of living may positively impact our future. One of those possible utopian futures created a style that has fascinated me since a kid from works such as "Laputa, the castle in the sky" by Studio Ghibli, and is Solarpunk.

What is Solarpunk

Solarpunk is a genre of speculative fiction and a movement focused on envisioning a sustainable future. It explores how society could transition to an eco-friendly future powered by renewable energy like solar power (hence the name). Solarpunk envisions societies that apply eco-conscious design and self-sufficiency principles to address contemporary ecological and societal issues.

What the tool does

The tool acts like an engineering and design assistant in transforming traditional product/locations into a Solarpunk version, while explaining in-depth its features and engineering decisions.
