I'm Peyvand, founder of SolaraAI. Every day, I watch service professionals — coaches, real estate agents, consultants, therapists, and fitness trainers — lose leads because they're stuck in manual processes.

They're brilliant at their craft, but they're drowning in admin. They respond to DMs at 11pm, chase clients for bookings, and spend Sundays writing content that nobody reads.

I built SolaraAI Lite to solve one specific problem: helping service pros generate 10 personalised lead messages in 30 seconds.

The inspiration came from my own experience. I spent hours scrolling X, finding leads, and crafting individual DMs. I thought: "What if AI could do this in seconds?"

So I built it.

What I Built

SolaraAI Lite is an AI-powered lead generation tool for service professionals.

Users can:

Enter their business name and profession
Describe their ideal client
Describe the problem they solve
Generate 10 personalised lead messages instantly

Each lead includes:

· Name and profession · A 2-sentence personalised opening message · Context referencing their specific work

The result: Service pros can stop scrolling and start closing.

How I Built It

The Build Process

Prompt Design: I wrote a detailed prompt for Lovable AI, specifying the app structure, pages, and functionality.
AI Generation: Lovable generated the full app — frontend, backend, and API integrations.
Customisation: I added SolaraAI branding (gold #FFD700, cream #FFF8F0, dark brown #2C1810).
API Integration: Connected OpenAI GPT-4 to generate personalised lead messages based on user inputs.
Testing: Tested with sample data — coaches, agents, and consultants.
Deployment: Deployed to Replit hosting with one click.

Challenges I Faced

Prompt Engineering

Getting Lovable to generate exactly what I needed took 3 iterations. I learned that specificity is everything — the more detail in the prompt, the better the output.

OpenAI API Integration

The AI generated generic messages at first. I refined the system prompt to:

· Reference the lead's specific work · Include personalised context · Keep messages short and actionable

Time Constraints

I built this in <3 hours. The key was using AI to build AI — Lovable generated the foundation, I customised the details.

User Experience

Making the app feel "polished" with limited time was a challenge. I focused on:

· Clean, professional design · Clear calls-to-action · Fast loading times

What I Learned

AI + AI = Superpower

Using Lovable to generate the app and OpenAI to generate the leads created a compound effect. One AI built the tool; another AI powered the output.

Speed Matters

In a hackathon, speed is everything. I focused on building a working MVP rather than a perfect product.

Solve a Real Problem

The best hackathon projects solve real pain points. Lead generation is a $B+ problem. My solution is simple, effective, and immediately useful.

Markdown is Your Friend

Formatting the project story in Markdown made it clear and professional.

The Math Behind It

The problem is simple:

The full SolaraAI product includes:

This hackathon project is the lead generation engine — the front door to the full ecosystem.

I plan to:

· Build a waitlist for the full product · Integrate with Cal.com for automated booking · Add more personalisation options · Launch publicly in July 2026

Why This Matters

Service professionals are the backbone of the economy. They help people grow, heal, learn, and achieve.

But they're held back by manual admin.
