Solana Weather Bot

Inspiration

Been seeing prediction markets all over and wanted to narrow in and focus on a niche market

What it does

The bot scrapes the data from polymarket and kalshi and finds best edges and good spots to buy.

How we built it

We built this using the Cursor IDE as well as working together on zoom and in person coding.

Challenges we ran into

Screenrecording our video because we didn't realize the app wasn't free but we were able to find our way around that and figured it out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

To have a fully functional bot that works if you connect your wallet and once we run some tests on paper trading we will plan to use this on our own as well.

What we learned

We learned typescript much better as we were relatively new to this and also how things work in the UI.

What's next for Solana Weather Bot

Include more prediction marketplaces as well as more weather cities, and potentially expanding to sports and politics.
