About the Project
This project is a decentralized Twitter clone built on Solana, supporting core social features like posting tweets, profiles, comments, likes, follows, and bookmarks — all stored on-chain using PDAs. It’s designed to feel like a real product, with a clean, responsive UI built using React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
We used aimpact.dev as a development tool throughout the build process. It provided structure, streamlined the creation of Solana smart contracts, and helped us rapidly prototype and test interactions between the frontend and program logic. The tool handled the repetitive setup, letting us focus on functionality and user experience.
Overall, the project demonstrates how fast and complete an on-chain dApp can be when powered by the right tools and a focused build process.
