Inspiration

The goal of our project is to assist in providing such a platform for people where they can be themselves and find different methods to better their lifestyle and mental health. This project's major goal is to bring joy into the lives of thousands of individuals. They may do so by following the many ways and activities offered on this page; we want to make sure that all of these activities are easily available so that individuals can incorporate these practises into their everyday life. With individuals throughout the world losing their lives to COVID-19 and millions more fighting the virus, there are sufferings that must be alleviated and wrongs that must be righted.If you read the news every day and wish that someone would just step in and make the world a better place, there is someone who can! People must work to make the world a better, happier, and more peaceful place.

Introduction

In a nutshell, we intend to make our product simple to use and produce outcomes that will benefit human’s inside. We provide a variety of options to help individuals overcome their sadness and dislike and better themselves. We provide resources such as a habit tracker, a guided journal, and articles to assist people see their inner weaknesses and heal them via the practise of guided journaling. We also provide a community (social media) for individuals to communicate and discuss mental health, offering them a platform expressly for this purpose.

How we are better

There are several websites and applications that provide these solutions, but they vary in nature; some provide articles, some provide tools, and we haven't seen a platform that offers a community for mental health talks and individuals to present their opinions, thoughts, and feelings, so we have taken that into consideration and will provide a platform specifically for that. As a result, our solution is far superior since it allows users to access all of these items in one location rather than searching around.
