Where I come from (nuevo casas grandes, chihuahua) 80% of the population lives on agriculture, it has been affected by external and interal issues, this means that the soil isn't as fertile as it was years before, because of that the crops and products quality and cuantity have decreased significantly. My team and I designed a product that can regenerate degradated soils and prevent them to become infertile, it also benefits the plants because it gives them nutrients for strenght and growth. We did an extensive research of the solutions that are being used to solve the problem of degradated soils and we choose the option that seemed to solve it the best. It was challenging because there's not enough information or investigations about the solution we wanted to get to. I feel really proud of the results, I think it's a great project and it has a lot of potential. I learned that if we almost finished a potentially succesful project in two days we can achieve great things in proper time.
