Soft Kill

Inspiration I wanted to change people's perception on cuteness.

What it does Soft Kill blends choreography, combat, and character storytelling into a high-energy action mini-film featuring a Hello Kitty–inspired superhero. Created 100% w AI tools.

How we built it We used Fal’s Sandbox to test multiple models in parallel. And use models like Kling, Midjourney, WAN, Suno, and more to design characters, generate motion, create sound, and assemble the final cinematic sequence.

Challenges we ran into Different AI tools misunderstood VFX and action driven prompts, distorted faces, or produced lifeless motion, making consistency and expressiveness difficult.

Accomplishments that we're proud of We combined the strengths of multiple AI systems to achieve dynamic camera work, clean character fidelity, and rich audiovisual style in a fully AI-built fight sequence.

What we learned Running multiple models side-by-side reveals each one’s strengths and weakness, make creative iteration dramatically faster and more precise.
