Inspiration

We often go to cafés and noticed something simple. There are always a lot of people around, but it is still hard to actually meet or talk to anyone new. Everyone is busy or unsure if others are open to conversations.

We wanted to change that and turn cafés into natural networking spaces where people can connect easily.

What it does

We built a platform that connects people inside cafés in real time.

Two ways to use it

1. Walk-in experience

  • Scan a QR code at the café entrance
  • Instantly join the café network
  • See people currently there
  • Get matched based on interests
  • Meet them at their table

2. Discovery through map

  • Open the app before going out
  • View a 3D map of nearby cafés
  • See which cafés have active networking
  • Choose where to go based on activity

AI Matching
We match users based on shared interests to make conversations more meaningful.

Live Presence (Heartbeat system)

  • Users are shown only if they are active in the café
  • If they leave or disconnect, they are removed automatically

Business Side

Socialize is not only a customer networking app. It also gives café owners a dashboard to understand what is happening inside their space.

The business side includes:

  • Live orders from the customer menu
  • Revenue and order tracking
  • QR scan activity

  • AI-generated business insights

The goal is to help cafés see how networking activity translates into business value. For example, if more founders are visiting during afternoon hours and they are ordering certain drinks more often, the café can use that pattern to promote the right items at the right time.
