USPS needs to establish a connection with the younger community. Largely present on social media, these customers are affected greatly by their experiences online. The SMC tool will automatically find tweets about USPS. It will then streamline the sorting process to make sure customer issues are addressed as quickly as possible.

What it does

The USPS Social Media team will have various responses preloaded for the different categories of problems, while allowing for a customized response by a representative, bolstering the company's presence and ensuring an overwhelmingly positive experience.
