Inspiration: Social Media has been around now for more than a decade. Large organizations like Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter have nearly 1B, 450M & 350M active users respectively. With first decade dedicated towards brands marketing, social media platform has now shifted its course towards being more consumer collaborative.

What it does: Social Interaction and Case Manager is an Appian application. It interacts with Social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to generate information pool targeted for your business. This pool of information can be utilized in many ways:

  • Customer interactive case management
  • Social information pool as a service
  • Target information processing
  • Social media mining

How we built it: Using Appian, Blue Prism (RPA), Azure Sentiment Analyzer, Social Media (Twitter, Facebook)

Challenges we ran into: Customer auto response from sentiment analysis. Keywords tagging to cognitive case analysis.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Omni channel case management application. Plug and play module to connect with existing case management applications

What we learned: Blue prism and Appian capabilities

What's next for Social Interactive Case Manager: Allowing Social media mining and self learning processes using cognitive analysis.
