Hello, this is our ONESHOT project. The quick and easy CSV analyzing tool!

Inspiration

The idea came from a problem we’ve faced countless times in data science projects: "Where do I start?!" It is just overwhelming sometimes.

Whether it’s cleaning messy data, visualizing trends, or just figuring out what’s inside, we kept running into that classic wall. We wanted to build a tool that turns data intimidation into data exploration, so anyone can dive in, even with zero coding experience.

What it does

Our Next.js single-page web application lets you upload a .csv file and instantly transform, analyze, and visualize it, no code required!

How we built it

We made a really good prompt and just let bolt handle the rest. After a few rounds of tweaking and refining, we were genuinely impressed by just how much Bolt delivered.

Challenges we ran into

There were some tiny quality-of-life tweaks we had to do, regarding some functionality that the one shot let behind, like changing some colors for clarity and fixing a toast when using a button that didn't work.

But the real challenge was deployment, lots of bugs popped up, but with a bit of persistence and Bolt’s magic (We don't actually know what was happening) we managed to iron them all out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a powerful CSV analysis web app that’s genuinely useful (and that we plan to use ourselves!). The best part: It all started from just ONE prompt. If this is what one prompt can do, just imagine what’s possible with TWO!
