Soar | Devpost

Our school is a special-ed inclusive organisation and supports students with down syndrome. We interact with these students daily and always understand that their talents are overshadowed due to their disorders. We wanted to help these students interact and in general have a better life. Thus we created Soar. Soar is a one stop solution to diagnosing and treating down syndrome and is based on 5 components: Health, Forum, Detection, Speech and premium features such as the Job page which offers job opportunities and internships. Our app is currently still a prototype but all the features are working and have been coded in under 3 days. We used flutter to create the app using visual studio code IDE. Firebase was used as a database and for authentication. This was a challenge to code as this product was first created for a hackathon and we coded 2500 lines of code in 3 days while simultaneously working on the UI design. We're proud to have made the ShriTeq 2022 Final and hope to impress the judges with our product. Soar plans to reach out to users in need for such a software while also working on app upgradation and fine-tuning.
