Inspiration

We just wanted to have fun learning Javascript and working with the Discord Bot API.

What it does

It can look up keywords on code documentation site given language and keywords. It also has limited chatbot abilities and can carry on a short conversation with the user.

How I built it

We used repl.it to work collaboratively. For the code, we used Node.js with the Discord API connected.

Challenges I ran into

Inexperience with Javascript and the Discord Bot API.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Getting a basic knowledge of Javascript, making our first bot.

What I learned

How to work with APIs, basic Javascript, working with OAUTH2

What's next for so basically i'm bot

Adding more complex commands and improving chatbot function
