Inspiration

I create custom clothing and sneakers for digital avatars. I wanted to turn that creative process into a fun game where players can experience the excitement of operating their own sneaker business.

What it does

Sneaker Factory Rush is a single-player, portrait-mode simulation and management game. Players accept customer orders, choose the correct sneaker materials, complete designs, and earn money. They can invest their earnings in faster machines, improved equipment, and new sneaker styles. Orders become more challenging as the factory grows.

How we built it

We built Sneaker Factory Rush as a self-contained mobile web game using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AI-assisted development. We designed the interface for a tall phone screen and created a focused gameplay loop: accept orders, make sneakers, earn money, and upgrade the factory.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was making the game simple to understand while still providing meaningful management decisions. We also had to balance customer patience, order difficulty, rewards, and upgrade prices so the game becomes more challenging without feeling unfair.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of creating a game idea that combines sneaker design, creativity, and business management. The progression system gives players visible factory growth and encourages them to complete one more order and purchase one more upgrade.

What we learned

We learned that a strong, playable core loop is more important than adding many unfinished features. We also learned to build and test the prototype in small steps so problems can be corrected early.

What's next for Sneaker Factory Rush

Next, we plan to finish the playable prototype, improve the visual and sound feedback, add more sneaker styles, balance the upgrade system, test it with real players, and prepare the final offline submission.
