Inspiration

The historic snakes and ladders game is a simple race contest based on sheer luck, and is popular with young children.

What it does

The game is the voice based game without a real snakes and ladders board. Alexa will describe the details of the snake and ladder board before the start of the play. Alexa will also inform the players their positions and also details around their position before their chance of play.

How I built it

The game was build using alexa skill sdk.

Challenges I ran into

I struggled to get it work for echo show. I could not find proper samples or information for echo show display directives.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Able to complete the board-less version of snake and ladder successfully with some sounds integrated as well.
