Inspiration

Beth knows how to code. Kristen knows how to play piano. They each wanted to learn the other one’s skill without having to pay any money. They came up with an arrangement to take turns teaching each other. Couldn't there be an easier way to barter your current skills to gain a new skill?

What it does

The user enters into smurf the skill that they are hoping to learn and will be given a list of the top matches of people they can learn from. Additionally other users may request to learn skills from the user.

We started with Angular as our framework and ran into challenges with setting up our views and switched to React.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Came up with a cool concept, fun name, good collaboration

What I learned

Creating an app from scratch is challenging to do in a day!
