I was the sole developer and designer of SmartSummarize. I planned and implemented the entire Chrome extension, including the React-based sidebar interface, floating action button, content extraction scripts, and integration with AI adapters (both mock and cloud APIs). I built the summarization logic for webpages, selected text, and YouTube videos, ensuring privacy-first offline functionality. I also prepared the web demo, full documentation, and the build ZIP for easy installation. Additionally, I optimized content extraction, handled error management, and structured the GitHub repository to meet submission requirements. Overall, I contributed to every aspect of the project, from concept and development to testing and deployment.
