Inspiration
Students often struggle to study large amounts of content efficiently. While preparing for exams, I realized that summarizing notes, creating questions, and revising concepts takes a lot of time. I wanted a smarter way to learn — something that could instantly convert any topic into easy-to-understand material. This inspired me to build an AI-powered study assistant using MeDo.
What it does
SmartStudy AI is an intelligent study assistant that helps users learn faster and more effectively. It allows users to enter any topic or paste study notes, and instantly transforms the content into: Clear Summaries – Condenses long information into short, easy-to-understand points Quiz Questions – Generates questions to test knowledge and improve retention Flashcards – Creates quick question–answer pairs for revision Simple Explanations – Breaks down complex concepts into beginner-friendly language The application makes studying more interactive by turning passive reading into active learning. It saves time, improves understanding, and helps users retain information more efficiently.
How we built it
I built SmartStudy AI using MeDo by structuring the development into clear steps: Designed a clean and user-friendly interface for inputting study topics or notes Implemented features to generate summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and explanations Used AI-powered prompts through MeDo to dynamically generate learning content Structured outputs into sections for better readability and usability The core idea was to transform raw input into structured learning material instantly.

Ensuring the AI generates relevant and accurate content consistently Structuring outputs (like quizzes and flashcards) in a clean format Balancing simplicity with functionality in the user interface Debugging and refining prompts to improve results
