Inspiration As a employer hiring process for right candidate is a stressful process in audit. So we thought of providing software solution that provides on-demand, quality talent as quickly as possible while ensuring right candidate which reduces the cost, time and man power.

How do I built it Using AI we pull the candidates from recruiting portal and send the email to the candidates with the technical questions and evaluate the results which are automated. We also provide an application where we can track the resource status.

Challenges I ran into Parsing the resume for getting the keywords like Candidate personal details and his skills.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of We were very successful in collaboration and each team member contributing equally. None of us have ever been on a team that worked so well together and had each member working to the best of their ability for the full twenty-four hours. We are very proud of our product and its potential.

What I learned We have learned about auditing process and technology like Python,PowerBI, Analytics etc.

What's next for ARS We need to interact with the job portal in-order to pull the resume and also we are planning to build the solution in cross Platform Mobile Application.
