Inspiration
We wanted to create an all-in-one app where users could manage all their finances through one app as well as create group payments to easily track expenses and meet their financial goals
What it does
The app lists all transactions made by a user and provides insights into behaviors such as spending habits and current trends in each user's activity.
How we built it
We used Flask for creating the backend and stored all our data on MongoDB using Atlas. The frontend was developed using React.
Challenges we ran into
Initially, we had trouble figuring out how to work with the Nessie API
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We managed to complete the app with a login feature as well as tracking the spending of each user with more details breakdowns of spending habits.
