SmartRecipe takes the ingredients you have in your house and generates recipes with them using AI.

React and Node.js/Express

Working together as a team simultaneously was definitely a challenge.

We were able to get a working MVP pretty quickly.

Built With

I worked on both the front-end and back-end. I created the main endpoint that generates the recipes using the Open AI API and connected it to the front-end. I also styled the front-end and how the recipes are displayed.
