The problem was identified by considering the challenges farmers face in optimizing crop choices based on specific soil conditions. Farmers often struggle with understanding which plant type will thrive in their local environment, leading to poor yields and losses. By analyzing agricultural data and consulting domain knowledge, we pinpointed the need for a predictive model to recommend the best plant type based on soil and environmental factors.
