Saturday, 21st March Tasks

First we need to understand our target group needs - therefore we need to collect information. Our first major tasks are:

  • [ ] Identify relevant governmental forms
  • [ ] Understand the application process
  • [ ] Identify potential support content / options

To solve them, we need to do a research in 3 ways:

  • Qualitative interviews (talk to our target groups)
    • Small-medium size business owner
    • Government people (Administrative)
    • Freelancers
    • Tax advisors
  • Quantitative questionnaire (send out to network to gather more information)
  • Web research (What is already existing out there? (state platforms, tax advisor platforms, etc. for applications/forms)

→ We defined the first bundle of applications we are going to develop.

Next steps are to draft the process from the user's point of view:

  • [ ] What is the journey to figure out what application forms the user needs?
  • [ ] How does a supporting application look like and what is the data flow?

→ We defined the first user journey + what application forms we are going to develop.

→ We defined the communication style, visualization and information we are going to provide.
