Using Python, machine learning models, NLP with Hugging Face Transformers, and an interactive dashboard powered by Flask and Plotly.

Handling noisy, multilingual citizen feedback data and integrating multiple AI models into a seamless, user-friendly interface.

Successfully built an end-to-end AI-powered platform capable of real-time feedback analysis, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection for government services.
