We combined the power of AI with fitness to create a smart, intuitive platform that adapts to each user's goals, progress, and preferences. Our inspiration came from the desire to make workouts smarter, more engaging, and tailored — helping people achieve their best selves with the help of intelligent technology.

It features a personalized dashboard that tracks your physical activities and provides AI-driven insights based on your data. The platform creates customized workout plans and a smart meal planner, while also estimating your calorie needs using your individual inputs. Everything is tailored to help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals more effectively.

The frontend is built using React, delivering a smooth and responsive user experience. On the backend, we used FastAPI for a high-performance, asynchronous API, integrated with Supabase for authentication and real-time capabilities. We used PostgreSQL as our primary database to manage and store user data efficiently. For AI-powered features, we leveraged the OpenRouter API, enabling intelligent insights and personalized recommendations.

One of the main challenges we faced was ensuring smooth real-time data synchronization across the frontend, backend, and AI layers without delays or inconsistencies. Integrating the OpenRouter AI seamlessly while managing API response times was complex. Additionally, securing user authentication with Supabase and building a responsive, dynamic dashboard within tight hackathon deadlines required efficient planning and rapid execution.

Successfully developed a fully personalized fitness experience — including a custom workout planner, intelligent meal planning, and AI-driven insights that turn user data into actionable guidance for better health and performance.

We learned how to effectively integrate AI into real-world applications by working with APIs, building scalable frontends with React, and managing cloud-based databases to deliver personalized user experiences.

Next, we aim to scale the platform for a wider user base, optimize for cloud deployment, and transform it into a fully functional mobile application for both iOS and Android. This will allow users to access their personalized fitness journey anytime, anywhere.
