What it doesSmart Welfare Scheme Eligibility Prediction Engine is an intelligent public-sector platform designed to help citizens easily identify government welfare schemes for which they may be suitable. The system collects and analyzes socio-economic information such as income, age, occupation, family size, employment status, education, and location.

Instead of manually searching and checking each scheme, the platform evaluates the citizen's profile against multiple welfare schemes simultaneously using an eligibility matching and weighted scoring algorithm. It ranks the most suitable schemes and provides personalized, explainable recommendations, including matched criteria, unmet conditions, and required documents.

The system uses React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL to provide a secure, scalable, and user-friendly full-stack solution. An administrator can dynamically manage welfare schemes, eligibility criteria, and required documents. The project aims to reduce manual effort, improve awareness of welfare benefits, and make public welfare services more accessible and transparent to citizens.
