Due to the growth of communities in a city and to the high demand for natural resources and services, this project could solve the management and control of water for communities, managing the daily supply time.
What it does
An integrated system consisting of a web management, mobile application and hardware for control and management functions such as opening and closing valves and water distribution in communities of a city. Due to water depletion we must take care of this resource.
How I built it
We use Watson IOT to get devices data and save it in cloudant, a Bluemix App made with Angular and Node JS to show, process and manage devices information,and also we have the same interface in a mobile application made with Ionic.
Challenges I ran into
We had problems to connect devices with Watson IOT because of firewall permissions, devices rejected the connection to Watson IOT ports.

Learned and applied the Internet of Things knowledge.
