Inspired by skiers and snowboarders

What it does

This smart jacket contains many features, such as: heating, voice recognition, acceleration and temperature monitor, heart rate monitor, and vibrating motors that can be used for a variety of tasks.

How we built it

I (Scub3d) wired up the electronics, programmed the pi and arduino. Aanchal and our other two teammates constructed the vest.

Challenges we ran into

Technical issues regarding the rasberry-pi. Basically voice recognition is a pain on linux, now that google is no longer an option.

What we learned

We learned a lot about the technology used, as well as how to tackle the issues presented to us as a team, in a timely fashion.
