Office could turn a hectic mess in no time, especially when we have several employees involved in some project or its subroutines. Keeping track of the employee’s involvement and their scope of work is necessary. We have proposed and developed a user interactive tool that keeps track of each record of employee’s project involvement and allows the employee to add the new affiliations or view the existing ones. On employee’s end, this tool is a dashboard that prevents employees’ involvement in the redundant task and helps them refer to the older or current projects before starting a new one. On the administrative end, the admins can impose authoritve features to change the status of the projects from applied to accepted and working to complete. Also, they can delete the records that are no longer required. With these two-way functionalities, the hectic mess could be scaled down and the productivity of the workplace could be greatly influenced.
