SMART SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR SEWAGE WORKERS

Inspiration

In India there was an lot of casualties and health issues caused to sewage workers. The motive of this project is to provide them a safety kit.

What it does

The project provides an 24/7 monitoring system which monitors the health of the worker and nature inside the sewage .It also acts as an alert system that is it alerts both head office and worker once the level of parameters exceeds

How we built it

The project was built using IOT kits such as microcontroller, sensors and Arduino IDE software

Challenges we ran into

The major challenge we faced was the cost to implement our old idea that is with arduino mega microcontroller. The implementation was also difficult

Accomplishments that we're proud of

By surfing through internet and books we found ESP32 a low cost micrcontroller which has similar features to Arduino and implementation was also easy.

What's next for SMART SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR SEWAGE WORKERS

Once our idea selected we are in idea of taking it to authorities to process further. Our idea may be small and simple but small things create big boom in our society.
