About the project

Inspiration: make quick, useful insights for any public GitHub repo. Built: a small web app + API (React frontend, Node/Express backend) that checks README, folder structure, languages, and commit activity. Learned: how to use GitHub Actions, Tailwind dark mode, and ESM testing; Copilot helped speed up scaffolding. Challenges: handling missing data from the GitHub API and keeping the analyzer fast and robust. Next: add more automated checks and improve suggestions.
