Smart Queue – Hackathon Progress
Our team developed Smart Queue, a healthcare appointment management POC designed to reduce unused appointment slots and improve patient scheduling.
We implemented patient cancellations, waiting-list prioritization, provider scheduling, and daily, weekly, and monthly statistics.
One key challenge was maintaining a seamless and consistent workflow across patient, assistant, and provider screens.
Our goal: Less waiting, better scheduling, and improved patient care.
