💡 Inspiration The idea was born out of the hardship of securing property ownership verification and the frustrations of renting or purchasing. • A close relative, who has been a mentor in many life scenarios, inspired the pursuit of a viable solution. • Additional motivation came from a global influencer and entrepreneur, whose masterclasses on property-based investments highlighted the gaps in trust and accessibility within the real estate ecosystem.

🛠️ How I Built the Project Despite being a non-technical developer, I leveraged a Cloud Shell–first DevOps and AI-powered architecture: • Microsoft Copilot → Helped design a concrete framework and guided architectural decisions. • Google Gemini → Assisted with coding and code completion, bridging the technical gap. • AI + Cloud synergy → Enabled automation, scalability, and a secure property verification pipeline.
