Smart Pothole Detector

Inspiration

One day I was travelling from my home to college, and it started raining that day. There was water all over the road which made it hard to travel. Suddenly I ran into a pothole and had an small accident. From this incident we got inspired to make this application.

What it does

Users will be able to easily upload photos if they notice a pothole through the app, their location will be uploaded, and they can even provide a description about the pothole, which will be recorded, and people will be able to plan their journey ahead of time by avoiding all the potholes in the area.

How we built it

Currently the application is in the design phase, We developed the UI of Application using Figma Software, and the presentation of the Idea was developed in Canva

Challenges we ran into

The Development of the UI interface was quite difficult as we had to start from scratch, it was challenging to integrate map feature in our application.
