Inspiration Parking problems are very common in cities and college campuses. People waste time and fuel searching for parking spaces. This inspired us to create a smart solution to make parking easier and more efficient. What it does Our Smart Parking System helps users find available parking spaces in real-time. It shows free slots, guides users to the location, and reduces traffic congestion. How we built it We built this project using sensors to detect vehicle presence and a software interface (mobile/web app) to display parking availability. The system updates data in real-time. Challenges we ran into We faced challenges in real-time data updating, sensor accuracy, and system integration. What we learned We learned about IoT, real-time data handling, and teamwork during development.
