Approach
Nowadays due to this pandemic, virtual meetings play a major role in learning and business oriented talks in online platforms. In these online meeting, the speaker faces some difficulties in explaining their content clearly and effectively. Teachers in educational institution also can't handle with black board during online classes. Also Students could not able to follow their subjects through online mode of study. They are getting distracted easily with social media since online classes are not much interactive or having dull environment even if the speaker delivers their content in video format. Business persons can't explain their ideas much more interesting when compared with offline mode. So, we are trying to make online meeting much interesting in similar with social media. Expressing the concepts with augmented reality objects and videos without any board and marker. This could make the listeners more understandable and easily engage with the speaker.
What it does
So how we conclude this issue is, we use the AR technology to make more interactions in the online meetings. The IDEA will be more helpful in the field of education especially for the teachers. If they trying to convey a concept, the host can draw/write in the screen with their hand or (pen with LED at its edge) and they can add images when they call the name of the file name and it can be placed and dragged to adjust its size and position in the screen . The main theme is bringing the real time feel when the video of the object is playing in the screen with augmented reality technology.
Execution plan
In the beginning, we start with creating web application that replicates all the functions of usual virtual meeting. Then the additional feature that host can only see in the screen that they click and add their augmented objects related to their subject. And they can use that objects to explain, additionally they could write on the screen with OpenCV algorithm
How its better
The solution will not be a normal online meet anymore. It will be much more improvement in the digital learning platforms. However this application is applied in various field across the world, that is not in user friendly access features and very complicated in building. This solution will reach more to the people since the user can easily add the AR objects within a minute.
Limitations
The proper algorithm needed for selecting the appropriate object to add in the screen. Also more data is required for complete the whole precise application. High Bandwidth connection is required. It acquires more data with high speed internet connectivity.
