Inspiration
Many people, especially in rural areas, do not regularly check their hemoglobin levels due to cost, pain, and lack of access to labs. This inspired us to build a simple and smart solution.
What it does
Smart Hemoglobin Level Detector is a non-invasive system that estimates hemoglobin levels quickly using sensors and smart processing, without the need for blood samples.
How we built it
The system uses sensors connected to a microcontroller to collect data, which is processed and displayed using a simple interface. Cloud integration enables data storage and monitoring.
Challenges
Calibrating sensor accuracy, minimizing errors, and ensuring reliable readings were the main challenges.
What we learned
We learned about sensor integration, health-tech design, data processing, and building user-friendly medical solutions.
Future scope
The system can be improved with AI-based prediction, mobile app integration, and clinical-grade accuracy.
