Inspired by AI success in crop farming, Vetmo was created to empower small livestock farmers with accessible, smart veterinary care, addressing health challenges and improving productivity in underserved communities.

What it does

Vetmo uses AI to analyze livestock photos and health data, diagnosing diseases early. It provides treatment advice, feeding tips, and sends care reminders, helping farmers improve animal health and productivity efficiently.

How we built it

Vetmo was built using AI-driven image analysis, symptom tracking, and mobile technology, combining machine learning models with offline capabilities to deliver real-time, accessible veterinary guidance to small-scale farmers.

What we learned

Really, we learned how to develop AI models for animal health diagnosis, integrate offline-capable mobile apps, and optimize performance for low-end devices. Socially, we gained insights into farmers’ needs, challenges in technology adoption, and the importance of accessible veterinary support in rural communities.
