Smart Crowd Management System is a project used to monitor, control, and manage large crowds using technologies like AI, IoT, cameras, sensors, and real-time data analysis. It is useful in places like: Railway Stations Shopping Malls Stadiums Kumbh Mela colleges, airports, concerts, temples, etc. Main Idea The system detects: How many people are in an area Overcrowding Unusual movement Emergency situations Then it alerts authorities automatically. Simple Working Flow Step 1 — Data Collection Using: CCTV cameras IR sensors Mobile GPS/Wi-Fi signals Drones (optional) Step 2 — AI Processing AI or image processing counts people and checks crowd density. Example: Safe crowd = Green Medium crowd = Yellow Dangerous overcrowding = Red Step 3 — Alert System If crowd exceeds limit: Security gets alert Emergency exits open Public announcements play automatically Technologies Used Hardware CCTV Camera Arduino / Raspberry Pi
