Inspiration

My inspiration came from noticing how people in many communities struggle to report city problems—like road damage, waste issues, or broken streetlights—because there is no simple digital system. I wanted to build something that anyone could use easily.

What it does

“Smart City Problem Reporter” allows users to quickly report local issues with a simple interface, an AI bot that guides them, and a feedback area to share suggestions about the webpage.

How we built it

I designed a clean, mobile-friendly webpage, integrated an AI bot for assistance, added a form for reporting problems, and created a feedback section. The goal was to make everything simple and accessible for all users.

Challenges we ran into

Balancing simplicity with useful features was difficult. Making the website load smoothly, keeping the UI beginner-friendly, and ensuring accurate problem reporting were also major challenges.
