Inspiration: Current emergency dispatch is slow. We built a "nervous system" for smart cities to turn raw data into instant action.

What it does: CityPulse AI monitors city sensors via Confluent, generates tactical plans using Google Gemini, and broadcasts them via ElevenLabs voice.

How we built it: A Python orchestrator connecting Confluent Cloud, Gemini 1.5 Flash, and ElevenLabs API.

Challenges: Synchronizing high-speed data streams with AI processing to ensure sub-second response times.

What we learned: The power of multi-partner cloud integration to scale urban safety.
