We built a Smart Campus Complaint & Resolution Automation System. Students often raise complaints, but there is no proper tracking or priority. In our system, students can log in and submit complaints with text or images. We use Google Gemini AI to automatically analyze the complaint, detect the issue, assign the department, and set priority. If the same issue is reported multiple times, the system detects it as a repeated complaint. Admins can view all complaints, focus on high-priority issues, update status, and resolve them faster. This improves accountability and reduces manual work.
