Inspiration

Managing daily schedules, study plans, meetings, and personal productivity is still complicated for many students and professionals. Most calendar apps only store events but do not intelligently help users plan their lives. We wanted to build an AI-powered productivity assistant that understands natural conversations and automatically creates optimized schedules, reminders, and routines. Our inspiration came from the idea of combining AI, automation, and productivity into one smart ecosystem.

What it does

Smart Calendar Manager is an AI-powered scheduling and productivity platform that helps users organize their study, work, and daily life more efficiently.

How we built it

We designed the prototype using Google AI Studio and modern UI inspiration from Notion and productivity-focused platforms.

The system uses AI to analyze user requests, extract dates and times, generate optimized schedules, and automatically sync events with Google Calendar.
