Today an overwhelming majority of these SMBs still rely on fragile spreadsheets disconnected tools manual processes and informal customer interactions via messaging apps. Our inspiration is to level the playing field by making advanced business management truly accessible. To ensure immediate adoption our solution operates through a frictionless channel integrating natively with everyday messaging tools like WhatsApp WeChat and SMS.

How we built it

We engineered Smart Business from the ground up as an AI native platform harmonizing robust ERP capabilities with messaging integrations and intelligent data analysis. The true innovation extends behind the scenes as the system itself was extensively coded by advanced AI. This allowed us to operate with unprecedented agility acting as high level curators to ensure enterprise grade performance. We built this foundation on three pillars: operational management fluid customer communication and AI powered insights. Choosing WhatsApp as our primary channel was a deliberate act of inclusion ensuring the lowest possible barrier to adoption for entrepreneurs who already use it daily. The system is also designed to evolve toward additional integrations including WeChat payment tools and other business applications.

Challenges we ran into

Our greatest hurdle was beautifully complex: simplifying heavy ERP logic without diluting the power of structured business management for small companies. We had to weave a product naturally into messaging channels which are spaces known for fast informal and fragmented interactions.
