Inspiration

Many small business owners and creators struggle to present a consistent brand across platforms. They have a logo or a website but lack the time, skills, or tools to translate that into cohesive content. I want to fix that with an assistant that makes brand design effortless and instantly scalable.

What it does

Smart Brand Assistant analyzes a user’s logo, website, or social media to generate a complete, cohesive brand kit with colors, fonts, tone of voice, and editable templates. It also includes a “Brand Mood Preview” that shows how their brand looks across key formats like social posts, flyers, and email headers.

How we built it

  • Computer vision identifies logo colors and design patterns.
  • NLP extracts tone and voice from website or social captions.
  • Used a combination of Adobe Express APIs and custom models to generate personalized templates and apply the brand style across multiple asset types.
  • A lightweight frontend allows users to upload assets or input a URL/social handle, and instantly see branded previews.

Challenges we ran into

  • Interpreting brand tone from limited or inconsistent text sources like Instagram bios or sparse websites.
  • Ensuring our auto-generated templates were not just technically correct, but visually appealing and diverse.
  • Mapping extracted brand identity data into Adobe Express template structures with real-time preview speed. *May Feel Generic Without deep brand strategy inputs, suggestions might feel surface-level for experienced users.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Created a true “one-click brand kit” experience that feels magical and saves hours of work.
  • Built a dynamic preview system showing personalized designs across multiple content formats.
  • Made branding accessible to non-designers without compromising visual quality.

What we learned

  • A good AI assistant should reduce complexity while still allowing control—users love having a smart starting point, but also want to tweak.
  • Branding isn’t just about color and type; it’s about tone, usage context, and emotional feel.
  • Rapid prototyping with creative tools like Adobe Express can be incredibly powerful when paired with AI.

What's next for Smart Brand Assistant

  • Expand data inputs to include product packaging, voiceover clips, and reviews.
  • Add collaboration features so teams can co-edit and apply brand kits.
  • Develop a "Brand Check" tool to ensure new content aligns with the established style.
