Government services in India are often spread across multiple websites and portals, making it difficult for citizens to find accurate information, understand application procedures, and access services efficiently. Smart Bharat is an AI-powered digital governance platform that brings multiple government services into one place. The platform enables users to: Access information about government services such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, and Certificates. We developed Smart Bharat as a modern web application using a scalable and responsive architecture. We are proud that Smart Bharat successfully combines multiple citizen services into one intelligent platform. Some of our key achievements include: Developing a centralized platform for government services. How Artificial Intelligence can improve public services and citizen engagement. The importance of user-centered design when developing applications for people with different levels of digital literacy. This project strengthened our understanding of AI, full-stack web development, and digital governance while demonstrating how technology can create a more connected and citizen-friendly public service ecosystem.
