Smart Ambulance System

Inspiration

Increasing traffic in the area and the time difference in the ambulance reaching the hospital is much more than the time the patients have.

What it does

Provides the shortest path and the hospitals get the prior knowledge of the condition of the patients so that they can arrange the necessary details of the patient and be ready when the patient arrives at the hospital.

How I built it

The project is built with django , and other programming language and certainly we are using the RXTX sensors and UNO kits and the project has many future aspects like drones.

Challenges I ran into

The sensors were not working so we replaced the previous sensors with altogether different ones . Secondly the coordination of the backed and the sensors team was also a challenge.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

The project has won many hackathons like Shankara hackathon and has been recognised by HackZurich 2020 , Switzerland and MakeZurich 2020, Switzerland. The team was invited to Switzerland but due to covid-19 the trip got cancelled.

What I learned

The project is the hard work of 2.5 years of sleepless nights of the team and is still going on and learnings are enormous during the journey. Like team management and the technical skills were also a part.
