Working draft — 24 October 2026
Kholofelo selected a new small-business release flow for Life After Code.
The local prototype uses synthetic session availability. A full session must stay closed, unknown capacity stays unknown, and an enquiry draft never becomes a confirmed reservation. Nothing is sent, booked or paid for.
The intended workflow is a failing service-invariant test, bounded GitLab Duo diagnosis/repair, rerun verification, and human review of the exact release candidate. Failure evidence and a reconstruction handover are preserved.
Evidence so far
22 local automated tests pass. A seeded full-session regression fails verification and removes the publishable output; the known source was restored by a local script and checks passed again. This is NOT a GitLab Duo repair. Release preflight rejects direct local invocation and has tests for stale candidates, dirty source, altered artifacts and missing or non-allowlisted decisions.
New source commit: 543dae00ebe294314073fa93c3ff06959f424ee7. A GitLab CI/Pages template and operator runbook are prepared.
Still unvalidated
Actual GitLab workspace access, Duo execution, hosted CI history, provider permission controls, Pages deployment, interactive browser behavior and demo video. GitLab integration must be demonstrated before the main technology requirement can be claimed. No adoption or economic impact is asserted.
Path A / Start Fresh is the implementation direction. Autonomy and lifecycle fields will match the actual demonstrated workflow. This is a draft, not a completed submission.
