Inspiration
We were inspired by the universal frustration of waiting—waiting for appointments, waiting in lines, waiting for services that should be simple. Whether it’s renewing a passport, booking a health check, or scheduling a government consultation, inefficient systems waste precious time. We imagined a world where booking is seamless, instant, and accessible for everyone. That vision became SlotEase.AI.
What it does
SlotEase.AI is an autonomous AI-powered global scheduling assistant that connects users to services—public or private—with real-time availability, predictive automation, and smart reminders. From hospitals to hair salons, it enables efficient service access, reduces wait times, and improves satisfaction on both sides of the interaction.
How we built it
We built SlotEase.AI with a robust tech stack: • Frontend: React + TypeScript for a dynamic, responsive user interface • Styling: Tailwind CSS for fast and flexible component design • Backend: Supabase with PostgreSQL, managing data, authentication, and Edge Functions • AI: Mistral AI powers smart scheduling, predictive analytics, and automation behind the scenes Every component was carefully chosen for scalability, performance, and a seamless developer experience.
Challenges we ran into
• Real-time availability syncing • Scaling background automations without disrupting UX • UX planning and API logic. • project (too big for bolt)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
• continous learning • functioning prototype • real-time availability filtering
What we learned
clean developer workflow. Work under tight timelines, the value of fast iteration cycles
